The GRAFF hacksaw blade is a narrow strip with holes at the ends for fastening. In the GRAFF product catalog, hacksaw blades are available in two types: High-Speed Steel (HSS) and Bi-metal with 8% Cobalt. The HSS blades have more durable teeth, while the Bi-metal blades are made of carbon steel with a welded HSS strip on top for added strength.

The GRAFF hacksaw blade features 24 TPI on one side with a fine-tooth pitch made of HSS steel Р6М5. It can be easily bent without compromising its performance and is suitable for a cutting angle of 45°. This blade is designed for cutting materials such as metal, steel, aluminum, and soft metals.

Installation of the hacksaw blade depends on the fastening system of the hacksaw. With a threaded clamp, insert the blade into the ledge, tighten slightly, and secure with a wing nut. For a lever mechanism, pull out the lever, place the blade, and return the lever to its original position. The blade should ring lightly when tightened and should not change direction during use.

The GRAFF hacksaw blade is suitable for reciprocating motion cutting with simultaneous pressure. It is compatible with most hand saws and hacksaws.
